Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy

  • We offer a 6 day return and exchange policy, giving you 6 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the wrong product is delivered or lost in transit. If this occurs, the customer will receive a replacement of the correct order.

  • Products purchased as bundles or combos are not eligible for returns or exchanges because they are limited-time combos.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase..​

  • Cosmic Florals offers handmade products that preserve nature's beauty. We spent a great deal of time and effort gathering and selecting the materials used to create our treasures. However, you are welcome to return or exchange the product (purchased during the non-sale period) within 5 days of delivery by sending an email to sales@cosmicflorals.com

  • Please include the following information in your email: order number, product title, date of purchase, and reason for return/exchange; also, attach a receipt or proof of purchase. In the event of an exchange, please specify which product you want to be replaced with. It would be helpful if you could attach a picture of the product.

  • If your return/exchange is approved, we will arrange for pickup from your doorstep as well as exchange delivery.

  • Cosmic Florals will bear the to and fro delivery charges for returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  1.  Wrong product was shipped.

  2. Product was damaged during transit, and delivery did not occur.

  3. Different product variants dispatched from the warehouse.

  • Please keep in mind that shipping charges for returns or exchanges for reasons other than those listed above will be charged to the customer.​

  • All returned products must be in unused condition with their original packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed for approved returns only after the product has been received back into the warehouse and a quality check has been completed. The amount will be credited back to your original source within 5-7 days.

  • Items purchased at a discount will not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged in transit or the incorrect product is sent.

  • No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  1. Products returned after 5 days from the order date.

  2. Products are returned in used or damaged condition.

 

 

  • Cosmic Florals is not liable for damage to goods in transit when the customer ships it back themselves.

  • To return a damaged product during transit, please email sales@cosmicflorals.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

  • Please send a picture of the product to sales@cosmicflorals.com

  • Once approved, a product pickup and replacement will be scheduled.

 

 

Refunds (where applicable) :

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is reflected on your statement.

  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please email us at sales@cosmicflorals.com.


Please note that refunds are only available for regular priced items, not sale items.

Important Note :

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as most our products range over 800 Rs. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
